“Quality policy of ORIK, s.r.o.”
The company ORIK, s.r.o. hereby declares that it will strive to achieve and maintain the high quality of products and services provided to our regular and potential customers in order to meet their expectations and provide products and services that meet not only customer requirements but also other legal and regulatory provision. Our output includes products and services in the field of production and repair of refrigeration equipment, production of products and lighting designed to support the sale, and production of packaging products manufactured on the basis of specifications specified by customers. The goal of the management of the company and employees of ORIK, s.r.o. is to achieve and maintain the high quality of products and services provided to our regular and potential customers.
To achieve this goal, the management of ORIK, s.r.o. declares the following quality policy based on the strategic goal of the company:
„To become a stable, long-term and reliable partner and manufacturer of products for its customers, i.e. the products offered by ORIK, s.r.o or products that are designed and manufactured according to customer specifications.“
In an effort to meet the requirements and expectations of customers for the quality of our products and to establish itself on the domestic and foreign markets, the top management of ORIK, s.r.o. together with its employees undertakes to build, maintain and improve the quality management system based on meeting the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard so that our impact on the quality of our products is comprehensively controlled.
By issuing this policy, we therefore undertake to:
- provide quality products that meet customer requirements;
- pay close attention to securing the necessary resources for the functioning of processes in the financial, technical and personnel areas;
- constantly monitor the satisfaction of our customers and always react flexibly in order to improve our activities and thus achieve our business goals;
- meet the requirements and continuously improve the quality management system;
- meet applicable requirements.
The quality policy is binding for all employees of the company.
